At Douneside House we are dedicated to making sure your visit is an enjoyable and happy one. It is far more personal than an hotel; traditional values are very important. Courtesy, personal service and warm hospitality are at the heart of the 'Douneside experience'.
Many members of staff have given long service to the House and they know instinctively how our guests like to be treated.
If you are organising a conference, our professional service shines through in all we do to make your event exactly the way you would like - as businesslike or informal as you wish.
The service experienced at Douneside House invariably goes down well with all of our guests, and it is one of the reasons that many conference groups return year after year.
In the process or organising your conference or event at Douneside, you will always deal with either Paul or Ginny Rennie. You will not be passed from 'pillar to post', via intermediaries. Paul and Ginny will also host you, along with help from key members of staff, throughout your stay at Douneside.
