    Wining and dining

Delicious home cooking* is served in our comfortable dining room, while our cellar is stocked with a thoughtfully selected range of good value wines. We also have a bar where you can meet and chat with colleagues.

Meals and refreshments provided include: coffee/tea on arrival; mid-morning coffee and homemade shortbread; buffet lunch (homemade soup served with 'Balmoral' country bread, cold spread - carved meats, quiche and salads - cheese and biscuits, followed by coffee); afternoon tea with home-baking; 4 course set dinner, followed by coffee and mints; full cooked Scottish breakfast.

We are very happy to tailor dinner menus to your requirements, for example special themes for St Andrews Night or Burn's Suppers.

(*If you follow a special diet just let us know and we will do all we can to meet your needs.)

    Getting back to nature

The quality and variety of plants and flowers on display in our gardens is simply outstanding. We have expert gardeners who work hard to maintain and nurture 15 acres of grounds and they have created an inspiring environment in which to sit or stroll.  Although they will not be at their best mid-conference season, Autumn and early Spring colours will be gloriously evident.

    Taking exercise

If you have some energy to expend, our Leisure Centre has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, an all weather tennis court, and table tennis, table football, pool and snooker tables.

Whatever you choose you do not have to worry about extra costs - use of our leisure facilities is included in the tariff for conference guests.
